Cancellation Policy

Koz̈hi is a small dining room. Empty tables hurt the room more than they hurt the books, so we ask guests to honour reservations or cancel with reasonable notice.
In short
Cancel more than 24 hours before your reservation and there's no charge. Cancel within 24 hours, or don't show, and we charge $25 per person to the card on file.
How the hold works
When you book, Stripe places a card on file. Nothing is charged at the time of booking — it's a hold, not a payment. The card is only charged if the policy is triggered.
What counts as a cancellation
- More than 24 hours before: free. Email us at hello@kozhi.ca with your reference number, or call +1 613 234 8200.
- Within 24 hours: $25 per person. We understand things come up — if it's a true emergency, write us and we'll consider it case by case.
- No-show: $25 per person, automatically.
Late arrivals
We hold tables for fifteen minutes past the hour. If you'll be later than that, please call ahead.
Changes to your booking
To change the date, time, or party size, email hello@kozhi.ca with your reference number and the new details. We'll do our best within availability.
